The toughest choices in life and leadership don’t come with clear answers—they come with competing values, high stakes, and ambiguity.

In Radical Doubt, UVA professor Dr. Bidhan Parmar shows how doubt isn’t a weakness to overcome, but a skill to master. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and real-world cases, he offers practical tools to turn hesitation into clarity and complexity into confident action.

If you’re tired of quick-fix advice and want to grow your uniquely human skills to make tough decisions, Radical Doubt is your next step.
